I really got surprised that you haven't activated Akismet yet. Even Akismet doesn't block all the spam. Sometimes, it leaves out some of them.

:O what you just activated akismet? it is activated on my blog since first day you should've done that a long time ago, anyhow now its safe happy bloggin, as* off spammers
